SITE HISTORY

Guildhall Place comprises the Guildhall (Grade 2 Listed), Fire Station House (Grade 2 Listed), Trinity House, the Island Block, the former Central Police Station and Former Central Fire Station.

The site (excluding Trinity House) is owned by Nottingham City Council.

The Guildhall and Fire Station House were occupied by Nottingham City Council up to 2010 when the council relocated to Loxley House.They have remained empty since that date.

Trinity House, which occupies the site of the former Nottingham City Council Treasury building was constructed in 2012 and is occupied by E.On.

The Central Police Station was vacated in 2015 and the Fire Station vacated in 2016.

The site represents a key regeneration target for Nottingham City Council.
